CleanCourses is a marketplace platform that enables creators to sell digital educational content to buyers using cryptocurrency payments. We provide the infrastructure for transactions but do not create, verify, or guarantee the quality of course content.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your crypto wallet is secure and properly configured
4. Buyer Responsibilities
As a buyer, you agree to:
- Pay for courses using accepted cryptocurrencies
- Not share, redistribute, or resell purchased content
- Respect intellectual property rights of content creators
- Understand that all sales are final due to instant digital delivery
- Not engage in fraudulent payment activities
5. Seller Responsibilities
As a seller, you agree to:
- Only upload content you own or have rights to distribute
- Provide accurate course descriptions and pricing
- Not upload illegal, harmful, or prohibited content
- Maintain a valid crypto wallet for receiving payouts
- Pay applicable platform fees (10% of sales)
- Handle buyer support inquiries professionally
6. Payment Terms
Buyers: All payments are processed in cryptocurrency and are final. We cannot reverse crypto transactions once they are confirmed on the blockchain.
Sellers: Payments are subject to a 10% platform fee. Payouts are processed automatically when minimum thresholds are met. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
7. Content Protection
All content is watermarked with buyer information. Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in account termination and legal action. Watermarks are for security purposes and do not obstruct the learning experience.
8. Prohibited Content
The following is strictly prohibited:
- Illegal content or activities
- Copyrighted material without proper authorization
- Malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
- Scams, pyramid schemes, or misleading information
- Adult or explicit content
9. Limitation of Liability
CleanCourses is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Quality or accuracy of course content
- Cryptocurrency price fluctuations
- Technical issues or platform downtime
- Lost profits or revenue
- Third-party payment processor issues
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, sellers will receive any outstanding payments (if eligible), but access to the platform will be revoked.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between buyers and sellers should first be attempted to resolve directly. CleanCourses may mediate but is not obligated to do so. Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
