Due to the digital nature of our products and the instant delivery upon payment confirmation, all sales are final. Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed on the blockchain.
We strongly encourage you to:

- Check seller ratings and reviews
- Review preview lessons if available
- Ensure you understand what you're purchasing
2. Why No Refunds?
Cryptocurrency Finality: Crypto transactions are irreversible by design. Once confirmed, they cannot be undone.
Instant Digital Delivery: You receive immediate access to all course materials upon payment, making it impossible to "return" the product.
Content Protection: Once accessed, digital content can be copied or saved, which makes traditional refund models impractical.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds or credits in rare cases:
Technical Issues
If you cannot access purchased content due to platform errors and we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Fraudulent Content
If the course is proven to be significantly misrepresented or fraudulent (e.g., empty lessons, completely different from description).
Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchase the same course twice within 24 hours.
Payment Errors
If you were charged but did not receive access due to a payment processing error.
4. Dispute Process
If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund:
- Contact the Seller First: Try to resolve the issue directly with the course creator. Many sellers are willing to help address concerns.
- Submit a Request: If unresolved, contact our support team through the contact page within 7 days of purchase.
- Provide Evidence: Include your transaction ID, detailed explanation of the issue, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, communications with seller, etc.).
- Review Process: Our team will review your case and respond within 5-7 business days.
5. Seller Obligations
While refunds are not standard, sellers are required to:
- Provide accurate course descriptions
- Deliver all promised content and materials
- Ensure course content is accessible and functional
- Respond to buyer questions and concerns
Sellers who repeatedly violate these obligations may have their accounts suspended.
6. Chargeback Prevention
Cryptocurrency payments do not support chargebacks. However, if you believe you've been charged in error:
- Contact support immediately with transaction details
- Do not attempt to reverse the crypto transaction yourself
- Provide all requested information for investigation
7. Misuse and Abuse
Requesting refunds for courses you've already accessed and learned from is considered abuse. Accounts found abusing the refund request system may be permanently banned.
8. Course Updates and Changes
Sellers may update course content over time. These updates generally improve the course and do not constitute grounds for refunds. If a seller significantly downgrades or removes substantial content, contact support.
9. Platform Changes
If CleanCourses discontinues service, we will provide advance notice and work to ensure you can download or access purchased content before shutdown. However, we cannot guarantee refunds for purchased courses in this scenario.
